From the Director

Music appreciation, performance, and study have been cultural cornerstones of the Carlisle and Concord communities throughout their histories. Both towns and their public schools have embraced these musical values, and through rich course offerings, superior teaching, and high student expectations we have developed a tradition of music education excellence.

The Instrumental Music School of Carlisle and Concord has been an integral, supporting community partner in our musical achievement for over twenty-five years. Through individual lessons, our distinguished faculty give their students the musical tools they need to achieve their maximum potential. I invite you to become acquainted with our program by attending one of our many school district concerts or an IMSCC faculty or student recital, or by contacting me personally with any questions about the program or our faculty.
